Lovely centrally located hotel with great breakfast options, friendly and helpful staff, and interesting historical photos in the dining room. Close to nice cafes, restaurants, and two subway stations. Cosy and nicely decorated rooms with thoughtful amenities.

Everything is what i need and want.

I recently stayed at Offenbacher in Saint Petersburg for a week-long trip. The hotel's location was excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the high street and 20 minutes from the main museums and heritage center. The staff were friendly and warm, and the room and hotel were beautifully decorated and very clean. The breakfast choice was great, although I would caution against ordering the pancakes unless you love lots of chocolate sauce and ice cream! The nearby restaurants were fantastic, especially the one right opposite the hotel with its delicious pastrami steak.

We had a great stay in a cozy and stylish hotel, close to the main attractions and the historic center. the staff was friendly and very helpful. the immaculate rooms were equipped with everything we needed, including a kettle and freshly-stocked coffee. the breakfast was very good, with a variety of freshly-prepared options. We also enjoyed the recreation room after a day of exploring the city.

Some parts of the building were a bit difficult to access with mobility issues.

The room was very noisy and it was difficult to sleep at night. The traffic from the street outside was very loud, and the pillows offered little support.

We loved that our room was dedicated to Anna Akhmatova and had a small open storage unit. Despite the snowstorm, the room was warm and cozy. the hotel also provided tea, coffee, and complimentary water. the four flights of stairs added a unique touch to the experience, making us feel like true Petersburgers.

Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of food options. the staff at reception was friendly and helpful in providing directions to nearby attractions. the room was tidy and cleaned daily.

The location was a bit far from the city center, which meant taking a long walk or public transportation to get there. the hotel did not have an elevator, which made it very difficult to carry heavy luggage up several flights of stairs.

We loved the warm welcome from the staff and the sophisticated and modern design of the hotel. It was close to the monuments, not far from the historic center, and near the train station to Moscow. Additionally, the breakfast was perfect, with amazing pancakes and fresh baked goods.
